The Birthers Can't Cope With Reality

Obama released his “long form” birth certificate yesterday (4/27/11). You would think that’s great, making the birthers look like crazed lunatics right? Wrong. Immediately they have jumped on the “it’s a hoax!” bandwagon. Here are some of the loudest denials I have heard so far:

“Obama’s father is listed as “African”. During that time we listed African Americans as “Negro”. “ While it’s true that the term “negro” was used for African Americans, it was not used for all people who were black. Obama’s father was indeed African, hence the reason he was listed as “African”.

“His certificate number is higher than a set of twins born at the same hospital a day later.”

OK. August 4, 1961 was a Friday. Obama had the nerve to decide to make his entrance to this world at 7:24 PM. After business hours. If Hawaii works like my state (Illinois) then weekend births get recorded, but they don’t go to the “official” office until Monday morning. My twins were born on a Saturday, one minute apart. Their birth certificate numbers are not right next to each other. (My son, who was the second twin, has a lower number than his sister).

“Why, if Obama was born on August 4, 1961, was the “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” four days later on August 8, 1961?”

See above explanation. To further add to this, my own birth certificate reflects a big gap. I was born in January, and it was filed and dated in April.

“David A. Sinclair, the M.D. who purportedly signed the document, died nearly eight years ago at age 81. So he is conveniently unavailable to answer questions about Obama’s reported birth.”

Well excuse the hell out of him! I had to laugh hysterically when I read that one. How dare Dr. Sinclair have enough nerve to die! It’s a conspiracy I tell ya! His parents passed away too.

There are many other rumors and feeble attempts to discredit this birth certificate. What does it boil down to? I believe race. Whenever that’s mentioned, a strong denial is cried. We have not attacked any other POTUS , but we do it to the first non-white President. This President is linked with so many false accusations it isn’t even funny. To the birthers, I don’t hate you, but I really wish you would realize deflection tactics when they are fed to you. Stop looking to FOX news (both online and on TV), WND, Rush Limbaugh, “Dr.” Laura and Ann Coulter and other right wing quacks. It’s fine if you want to be conservative, but stop going off the deep end. You may be a little “over the top” when even groups like the KKK denounces many of these ideas. People like Michele Bachman and Jan Brewer are even straying away from the birther issue.

Why did it take the President three years to release his “long form” birth certificate? Why have you been obsessed for over three years? Don’t bring the Constitution up, because from ALL conversations I’ve had with “Constitution upholders”, they are truly clueless about the Constitution.

Guess what? Our president is bi-racial, he's not Muslim, he's not a terrorist, he's not anti-Christian, he's human and a proven Natural born American Citizen. Put your efforts into finding out the truth about what goes on in Congress.
